As a fitness enthusiast, Ankita Konwar never misses her daily routine that consists of yoga and meditation. She regularly updates her Instagram with videos of herself performing difficult and beneficial asanas too. In her latest post, Ankita has shared several benefits of doing meditation regularly and has given a deep message about mental health.

The video shared by Ankita shows her meditating. As the video goes on, Ankita shows different postures for meditating and the song Ok Not To be Ok by Demi Lovato and Marshmello plays in the background. The lyrics of the song also flash on the screen. “When you’re high on emotion. And you’re losing your focus. And you feel too exhausted to pray. Don’t get lost in the moment. Or give up when you’re closest. All you need is somebody to say. It’s okay not to be okay,” reads the text in the video.

“Life is not a nice and neat package, it’s a messy, eventful surprise. But we must learn and embrace the lessons as it unravels itself in front of us. For that, the mind needs to be trained and there’s no better way to train the mind than meditation. Grateful to my ancestors every single day,” Ankita captioned the post.
